The Kensington Square Condominium Association’s (KSCA) Board is looking for volunteers to serve on the KSCA Board and to serve as treasurer. Our regulations require that all board positions be filled. Decisions made by board members affects our entire community. Decisions can influence property values, improve the appearance of our property, with outcomes that can benefit our residents’ well-being. KSCA’s Board cannot operate properly without an engaged, motivated membership. New members can bring fresh ideas and perspectives with a minimal time commitment. They would also benefit from the opportunity to learn more about how and why decisions are made and become part of that process.
